There's flood in the city!

Mandaluyong circle has been under construction. It started 4 years ago but until now the road has seen no progress.
The citizens are having a hard time every time they pass through this road. It causes traffic and it’s hard to walk going to the city hall.
This road has been closed for a couple of times already. Because of the DPWH project that according to the city hall, they have nothing to do with it.
The flood and the construction is also the reason why the famous “paskuhan” in Mandaluyong is cancelled for a few years already. Even though it’s not raining, flood is always present in The Circle. The flood is also the reason why establishments around the city hall tends to close.
